Thanks to the support of Ville St-Laurent Economic Development, Bombardier and AIMTA (International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers), the commitment and dynamism of Marguerite-Bourgeois’ School Board and school principal, Mr. Brisebois, that students, grade 1,2,3,4 and 5 at St. Laurent High School will benefit from the Aeronautics Training Program free of charge, starting September 2018.

It is in this context that the program will be implemented in order to foster the development of a specialized workforce that will ensure the growth of the industry.

The Marguerite-Bourgeoys School Board is delighted to be able to provide a program centered on aeronautics that promotes the learning of Science, Technology and Mathematics and directs young people to a bright future.

The next school of the CSMB is already identified! This brings the number of schools benefiting from the Program to 5, for the year 2018. To be continued …
